The construction interests of Tirhani Group Holdings (TGH) are held in three wholly-owned subsidiary companies; namely, Tirhani Construction (www.tirhaniconstruction.co.za), Tirhani Property Development and Tirhani Plant-Hire. Established in 2008, Tirhani Construction is a genuinely black-owned and black-managed construction company operating across diversified sub-sectors of civil engineering, infrastructure, property development and plant-hire. Tirhani Construction uses Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) “TURNKEY” methods to deliver sustainable infrastructure developments including roads, bridges, dams, pipelines, reservoirs, schools, hospitals, clinics, housing (private and public), water, sanitation, power stations, railway lines, bulk services and other public facilities. Tirhani Property Development and Tirhani Plant-Hire are dormant.
